As of mid-December, BHQ's anti-spam service has changed. BHQ Members will no longer receive daily quarantine reports from Postini. We have switched over to a new spam filtering service called MessageLabs.
If you receive a note from MessageLabs saying that you have a new spam quarantine account to log in to at messagelabs.com, that's real. Please login when you receive that so that you're able to manage your quarantined email.
The concept of MessageLabs is similar to Postini. Incoming mail is filtered and anything determined to be spam is captured. MessageLabs will then send you occasional messages (not daily) reminding you of the messages in your quarantine, inviting you to log in and delete or send these messages. From the MessageLabs introduction letter:
Once you have obtained a password you may login and review any messages sent to you that have been captured as Spam. Should you find any messages held by your Spam Manager that you still wish to receive then you can have these delivered as normal email. Messages that you do not wish to receive can be deleted manually or will be automatically deleted if left in your Spam Manager account for 14 days.

The BalloonHQ.net portal offers an up-to-date window on activities at BalloonHQ.com. It allows balloon professionals the ability to see the latest news, photos, posts, and classified ads at a glance. It will also, in turn, allow us to begin a redesign of the traditional BalloonHQ.com front page. The redesign will focus on presenting the balloon community to new-comers. Be they potential clients searching for you, the general public ready to be wowed by your photos, or new colleagues wanting to access professional resources. We're excited about all of these changes, and know that you'll love the convenience of the BalloonHQ.net interface.
