It doesn't matter whether you're ready for the challenge of a regular column, or just have one hot idea that everyone's privately e-mailing you about. Business strategies, sculpture instructions, theme ideas, or event reviews... any balloon-related topic is fair game! Do you frequently find yourself preparing to draft a lengthy email to the balloon list about a recent discussion? Are you working to take step-by-step pictures of your best balloon figure to email to 5 of your collegues? Well, you'd be the perfect addition to the BHQ pool of columnists.
New BHQ Staff member John Barthelmes of Rochester, NY works diligently to get
the columns on-line by the first Monday of every month. Recent
columnists are sent an invitation for submission of a new column on the
15th of each month. If you'd like to contribute, let us know by sending a
note to editor@balloonhq.com.

| Balloon Scrap Collage, Yellow Flower |
In addition to large scale sculptured and traditional decor, Ryan Oelrich of Balloon Bonanaza! in Spokane, WA likes to create decorative collages with frgaments of popped balloons. His forays into "balloon scrap artwork" reinforce what we already know and appreciate. Balloons are another important art medium for murals and sculpture... just like paints, paper, flowers, scrap metal, or ice.
