| Overview of BalloonTown USA BalloonTown USA 2005 |
Hmmm... call it "Standing Up Steve" or "Missing Mandy." Unfortunately, my planned trip to Cincinnati, Ohio to see BalloonTown USA 2005 had to be canceled at the last minute. In this space I should be gushing about how great my experience was at the event, how thrilled the public was to walk through the Lagoon, and what new things the team learned as they pulled this project together. Instead, I must apologize to the project crew and all Balloon HQ readers; this was one event that BHQ really wanted to support.

It's clear from the few pictures uploaded by Carol Fields that the Balloon Town design team has really outdone themselves. I'm really looking forward to seeing more pictures and getting the inside scoop from Steve Jones. I'm sure we'll a learn a lot from the experiences of the team, once they get a chance to catch up on their rest.
