A new question will be introduced each month leading up to the 20th annual International Balloon Arts Convention. Any BHQ member, with the exception of those working for IBAC, BalloonHQ, or any sponsors of IBAC or BalloonHQ, may enter the contest by answering one or more of the questions. You can only answer each question once, however you are encouraged to come back every month to answer the next question and increase your odds of winning.
The answers to many of these questions can be found right here on BalloonHQ.com. Others can be found at IBACOnline.com. Still others may only be found in the memories of long time IBAC veterans.
At the end of the contest, a name will be chosen at random from all correct answers to win the GRAND PRIZE of a free Full-Package IBAC registration kit to IBAC 20, April 28 - March 2, 2004. The random drawing will be conducted by the IBAC staff. The prize is being provided by IBAC and will be awarded directly to the winner by the IBAC staff.
