These guys have served me well and they only have knots and no "traditional" twists.
The one demonstrated was made for speed. If time permits there are a few other touches you can make.
1. If you use a scrap to secure the knot of the 646 tulip, it makes a better seal and will last longer.
2. A quarter or a tiny water balloon tucked up in the bottom will help balance much more.
3. You can also use suction to make these stay put if you have a smooth clean surface like glass or polished wood. Push the flowers down into the pot, press onto the table, then slightly pull up on the flowers.
