Step 1: The Tube |

Snip the nipple end of the 646 balloon where the other
taper ends, making a tube. | |

Step 2: Double-stuffing |

| Put the 160 inside of the tube. | Inflate the 160. It may help to hold the end of the 160 flush against the end of the tube while inflating. Tie it. | |

| Step 3: The Drag (optional) | ![]() |

| I like to fully inflate the 160. It makes the following steps easier. | Drag the 646 tube to about an inch from the nipple end of the 160. This is optional, but looks cleaner. | |

Step 4: The other end |

| Twist the 160 about an inch from the other end of the 646. Break off the end. | Tie and snip close to the knot. Note that if you skip Step 3 (The Drag) you have to repeat this step on either side of the 646 tube. | |
