Hi Angie, I always use Balloon netting. I have used Plastic/tubes in the past 
and found it had a lot of static buildup! The size depends on how many you 
want to release. Please follow California guide lines when you do your release. 
Like hand tying every balloon and using 100%latex so they are biodegradable. 
You should be able to find the Balloon nets at any distributor or Conwin. You 
should also find info on how to prep your net to be able to do the release on 
the BHQ ot Qualatex.com.
