Unless you need hundreds of them you can paint over the foils to your liking! 
 We paint over inflated silver Mylar™ with Design Master and/or other spray 
paint. The balloon is polyester and does not get damaged by the paint.  Once 
it sets, the colors are extremely durable.  Try webbing and splatter painting 
also.
If black is not longer available, as noted, I guess you NEED to paint them, 
particularly if you DO need hundreds of them!  Hmmm!
