I am asking for help form this wonderful forum.  I was contacted by a group
that is marching in a parade and at the back of their group they would like
a rainbow arch of balloons.  I am concerned about wind, etc.  We will anchor
the ends of the arch on bricks and have the children at the sides carry the
bricks.  I also plan to drop dacron line from the center of the arch to the
kids marching, for them to hold it ( I suggested they wear work gloves) and
keep the arch in place.  Do any of you have a better idea?  Thanks in
advance!
