Hi All,
First of all, my sincere and deep felt sympathies go out to those who have 
been directly impacted by this unbelievable tragedy.
Now, on to the business of balloons, does anybody know what substance is used 
to make the "dew drops" on silk roses.  I thought that it might be from a 
glue stick or chip, but tried it, and that's not it.
