Let me encourage everyone to contact their chamber of commerce.  After
seeing Larry's post I contacted my chamber and now it has snowballed into
a huge media event.  All local law enforcement has volunteered to
participate.  We have a local band going to play.  I have had several
local businesses contact me wanting to contribute money to the event and
I have an interview this afternoon with three newspapers!  All this
happened within 30 mins of speaking with the chamber of commerce!  I'm
very excited that I can participate in this event to promote some healing
in light of Tuesday's tragic events!
