Hi list! I have  an urgent need. I was contacted to do some balloon job for a baby company for their product launch.  Can anybody tell me how to make a "balloon baby shoe" which I need to suspend from the ceiling? Its size is about 2.5 ft. long. I need to know also the materials and type of balloons to use. 

What about a "balloon safety pin"? About 2.5 ft. long...

and lastly a "balloon building block", with about 2ft. length per side...all to be suspended from the ceiling. Thank you very much....!
