I have heard from the producers about Ibac special needs and they accomplished them before when we moved around. A central location is not a problem, but the Rosemount Hyatt leaves a lot to be desired! It is a convention hotel due to its location and they do not care if you return or not because they will be booked anyway. This was shown by their booking us out this year. I have regular clients who do events at the same time every year. I would at least check with them if I was not sure about their date and someone else was trying to book around the client's date. My repeat customers keep me in business and i VALUE them. Since I found out the room price I have started my Ibac fund already, and checking airfares. I also was asking why the increase for those terrible rooms? I will do what is necessary to get to Chicago because I value the convention, but at those room rates we should be able to go to a nicer location if not but to the downtown Chicago Hyatt. For those of you who live in Chicago checkout the difference of these two hotels. I don't think anyone should be jump on for voicing a yea or a nay on the rates, none of us has money to waste. Hope to see you all at IBAC 2001. Gina p.s. I volunteer to check out new locations <-:
