Everyone should remember that emails sometimes don't convene the intent of
the poster. The typed word does not have the emotion or tone of what the
person means and very often the result is several interpretations of what
the poster meant. I'm sure it has happened to most of us. I know it has
happened with some of posts. That being said I don't think Jim was being
arrogant. His follow-up post demonstrated how emotional the subject became
to him. Many other post on different subject show how other personal factors
can affect ones response.
