For those who choice to attend IBAC, Great ! Those who don't or can
not attend IBAC for whatever reason, Great ! That is a choice. To
insinuate anyone is less dedicated to their business because they choice
not to attend, shows where the true lack of intelligence actually lies.
If someone don't ( or can't ) go to IBAC, does not mean they care any
less about their education or growth of their business than others that
 do >>

My 17 year old cousin came up with an interesting thought that I would like
to pass on.... When it comes to going to IBAC or doing jobs I am very lucky
in the fact that I have a great support system and lots of people who are
willing to watch my boys.... my cousin and I were talking about IBAC and she
said that what she thought would be a great solution for IBAC and people who
do not have anyone to leave their kids with is to have someone bring an extra
person (she meant her) and have that person provide day care in an extra
room for a small fee... at first I was opposed to the idea but the more I
thought about it (or listened to her talk) the more sense she made... if the
IBAC producers provided childcare for a mininal fee (say $3.00 per child per
hour and watched say, 8 children.... that would be a paying job $24.00 an
hour and fill more than one objective...

1. Provide childcare to the people who do not have anyone to leave their
children with.

2. IBAC can be turned into a family trip... children can stay with the
parent(s) in the same hotel room for almost no extra charge........

3. give parents the peace of mind that if something does happen, they are
right in the same hotel and can be gotten quickly...

4. it gives the children a chance to interact with other children their own
age and will keep them from being bored without their parents taking time
from IBAC to tend to their needs....

Now dont get me wrong I am not saying "PIONEER HIRE A 17 YEAR OLD TO WATCH A
ROOMFUL OF CHILDREN...." or that Children should become involved in the
seminars or the A LA CARTE events, what I am saying is there are a lot of
us who are moms, who have everyday lives that cant be ignored for a week, and
round the clock day care is not an option.,,, but I do think a responsible
person or persons could be the solution to a touchy situation.... it would
also give parents a chance to spend time with there children when they are
not involved in an IBAC related event, and give our kids a chance to enjoy
the Festival of balloons.....

JUST A THOUGHT IN PASSING...........
