Hello:

I am a brand new business just starting out, and I need some ideas.  I love 
doing arches, but I am having a hard time figuring out what to use for bases. 
 I have tried a few things, but they just don't seem right to me.  If I am 
going to start to do them more professionally, I need some ideas.  I have 
seen the CBA program from Qualatex, and they suggest the really heavy metal 
bases, but I am so new I do not know where to get these, much less I have 
seen arches with a lot more elegant bases.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!

Also, can I get comments on Charles Prospers balloon Decorating Start up 
kit........... I really would like to see what you think before I invest in 
it.
