the notebook is definitely worth having if you were not able to attend. Some 
teachers write such good notes, its almost as good as being there.

As far as specials at ibac i know some companies gave extended time to 
purchase to actual ibac attendees only. since many of them are online, after 
seeing your posting, maybe they will have some non attending specials online 
next year. but in order to know about them you will have to go to each 
company web site as i believe they are not able to advertise on the deco 
line. go to the Halloween and party show for a complete list of vendors to 
find out what companies where there. 

Ones I remember- www.conwinonline.com; advance creative products; the hi 
float people; flowers inc. (hi On !); ft. laurendale paper; Balloon HQ 
promoting their new membership program. Pioneer previewed some great new 
products including some glow in the dark balloons.
