Hello everyone.  Can some please give me some advice on decorating at an ice
rink?  I would like to make some balloon bouquets around the area of the
rink except for veiwing area(front)  This has to be up for 3 days.  2 day
event 1day before for setup.  Should balloons be highfloated?
Will the cold temperature effect the highfloat?  Do I have to blow up
balloons on site? Should I use 16" balloons?  Any advice would greatly be
appreciated.
An another note, does anyone own a balloon imprinting machine such as the
one Amidon makes?  Please let me know how you like it and if it is difficult
to do.
