I don't have a Precision Air myself, but I did just get a Split Second Dual
Sizer (LOVE IT!!!)...I'm making an assumption that if the instructions tell
you to set it at 2.4 seconds for an 11" balloon, your balloon will inflate
to 11".  The best way to test this would be to try it, and then use a manual
template to see if this theory is correct.  If not, or if the balloon has
inflated too much or too little, simply adjust your timer accordingly...

Trial and error has always worked the best for me, since everyone's
conditions are going to be different.  Never be afraid to "waste" a few
balloons for knowledge's sake.
