Good day everyone,
I have a client whose getting married in July and has asked me to fill up
her ballroom ( which is fairly large,  can occupy about 500 guests)  with
elevated balloons.  This could have been simple with lots of helium filled
bouquets but the problem is,  the hotel does not allow it.   They only allow
balloons if their air filled so please advise me of the best designs that
comes to mind.

Budget is also another problem since i have been given a "not-so-big" budget
to work with.

The ceiling is about 5.4 meters.  What to do?  Will be meeting this client
this week and i sure am running out of ideas.  Please, please help.   If you
can send me pics too, that would be greatly appreciated coz she'd like to
see how it'll look like.
