sorry everyone if my term "elevated balloons" is not so clear.
shelley, you got it right actually and your suggestion is just perfect.
guys, actually this wedding would not require centerpieces because i was
told its a lauriat wedding... a chinese wedding wherein all the food are
served per table, ( about 12 viands in all ) so they suggest for "no
centerpieces".
that's why the couple specified for "elevated balloons" instead just to fill
in the spaces overhead.
