Subject: CBA exam question

Dear all,

I know I'm am about to let me inexperience (and probably my naivete)
show, BUT here goes anyway.

As I have already mentioned on this list in previous questions, I am
starting a home based business.  I have set a goal to take the CBA exam
in May.  I have watched the videos, answered the tests, but am still
positive I am not doing some of the things correctly.

I was hoping there might be someone in close proximity to me who would be
willing to go over some of the techniques with me.  Or any other
suggestion?
