Hi Christy:

I used those cardboard pink cadillac bases before -- fill with gold shred and 
make-up samples!  Attach pearl pink, gold, etc. balloons in a cloud nine 
formation with elegant ribbons.  

I believe US Balloons, Flowers, Inc. carries those cadillacs.  Also, try All 
American Balloon Supply, (714) 543-2255, that is where I got mine.
