Lighting the three footers is easy go to your local building supply store
LOWES or HOME DEPOT and buy a construction grade temporary light socket.  It
has a rubber base and two wire sticking out of the bottom. then get a
refrigerator light bulb for the socket.  Add a piece of l;amp cord and plug
and insert into the balloon.  The rubber socket should be at the base of the
balloon and then  fill the balloon. Plug the cord and "there will be light".
