Subject: Chandeliers

I need a little help.  I am trying to duplicate the chandeliers designed by 
Rocky Toomey, Linda Bruce, Jan Iams and Maria Bakker-Marsden that were at the 
IBAC 13 gala.  
In trying to make the frame I am running into a spacing problem.  I am 
assuming the smaller ring on the bottom is 3' in diameter, but the 
instructions in the Images magazine did not specify what the dimensions were 
for the top ring and the spokes.

Also, it calls for white 350Q's.  I cannot find anyone who sells the 350Q's 
in large quantities of one color.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
