Subject: Balloon Ribbon

Leslie,

It is simple to make a balloon ribbon by stringing together a series of
Rouse Matrix Banners (for 5" balloons) or Builders (for 11" balloons).
You can bend and fold them into nearly any shape you can make with real
ribbon, only on a larger scale.  Many shapes will hold up fine with just
the Matrix and balloons.  If you want to reinforce the balloon ribbon
,use aluminum rod or tubes cable tied to the edges of the Matrix.
