Hello everyone!

I am so thrilled , I am doing a fun wedding for a big group 500-600
guests in a not so gorgeous venue. This wedding is for a pro football player 
and he and his fiance are so much fun to work with..that we all decided to 
give this reception a Cotton Club look...and they love balloons. I have 50 
eating tables, 6 buffets , a major stage & all kinds of ugly corners.The 
color scheme is black , silver with hints of fuschia.(Her wedding flowers 
will be mainly beautiful rubren lilies)....
Yes, my mind is bursting with thoughts, but I thought it would be ever so 
helpful if I asked all of you for your thoughts....
