Happy Summer Everyone!

Can anyone refer me to a Tuff Tex dealer for latex balloons?  I recieved a
catalog in with a magazine subscription but no dealer listing.  They have
some cute printed balloons I wanted to order!

I also wanted to see if I can get a sample package as I have never tried
that brand.   If someone has tried them, can you tell me how they shape and
if they stay up with hi-float?  Thanks for your help and information!
