Hi Debbie,

Their web site is www.tuf-tex.net.  I normally use Qualatex.  I only use 
tuf-tex or BSA when I have a budget to meet or when Qualatex is out of stock. 
 I really never had a problem with their product but with experience, you 
could tell the difference in quality (therefore never attempting to use 
hi-float).
