Subject: Northern ILLINOIS Balloon Seminar

The Northern Illinois Balloon Network will be presenting a seminar on Sunday, 
September 17, 2000 at the Holiday Inn in Itasca, ILLINOIS.  The instuctor is 
Chuck Gruberman, from Chuck's House of Magic.  Chuck designed  the 1996 
Democratic National Convention 15 minute balloon drop.  The seminar will be a 
HANDS-ON all day seminar with balloon drops & murals being the focus.

The seminar will include a continental breakfast, lunch and dinner.  And what 
better way to finish the day than with Chuck's Magic Show as the evening's 
entertainment.  I am told that this alone is worth the price of admission.

Early registration expires on August 20, 2000 with the price of $125.00 for 
the first person from your company.  Additional attendees will be at the 
reduced rate of $99.

Registration after August 20, 2000 will be $150 per person.
