Hi John,

Several years ago we were having a similar "popping" problem in several
different buildings in Silicon Valley. Through a process of elimination, we
figured out that in our case it was excess static electricity. Balloons
would just burst while being held by hand, HiFloat or not.

Probably not your problem, but the "fix" may help everyone.

Any time we had an order for loose balloons, in a building we were not sure
of, as well as the "tested" buildings, we would inflate ahead of time. We
just charged a fee, Super HiFloated everything 6-10 hrs ahead of time, and
inflated them at that time. By delivery time, they would have deflated just
enough that static or "crumbly" ceilings would not harm them. By inflating
late the evening before, it made it very easy for the really early morning
deliveries.

And the customers loved it. The balloons lasted longer, there was no
breakage, and I never had to be nervous about "bad" balloons or "bad" helium
or "bad" ceilings, etc, etc, etc...

Trying to guess what started the problem in your case is tough. Good luck
next time.
