HELP again - - -

Our chamber is making plans for some festivities in Sept.  I need to find a
source for a few items.

One is for wrist bands.   They are usually neon-bright colors.  Once they
are on, one needs to cut them off with scissors!  I hope you all know what I
mean.

Second is wooden coins.   If they come in denominations, they want them
worth 50 cents.

Third is for the glow-in-the-dark necklaces.   The best place/price  I found
so far is from Unique Industries.  They are $1.00 each.   These are 22
inches in length  and come in an assortment of neon colors.

If anyone has any other ideas, I would really appreciate the help!  Thanks a
million!
