Hi Everyone!!
I work with a events planner who has called me to decorate for her next Sat at a 40th birthday party with an over the hill theme!! The last event I did for her included 3ft balloons and that is what this client wants:
3 ft over the hill balloons to outline the perimeters of the party which will be outdoors, in Atlanta. Ga, and the party starts at 12 NOON!!!! It is currently 90 degrees in Atlanta and the forecast for the next week is high 80's etc....So i had planned on doing 4 black and white spiral columns with 3ft toppers (over the hill) Well we all know Black attracts heat!!! So....how much underinflation do i need to do the 3 ft balloons..the columns of 11" i figured I would downsize to 9-10 inches??? also I don't want to come back out there to get my columns so would pvc pipe stuck in the ground work just as well to build the columns on and then add the 3ft helium topper???( so it will stand up straight) I do plan on telling my event planner and her client that i am not responsible for popped balloons due to the heat and flying insects for outdoor decor!!! :) Thanks!!
Theresa
