Hi Deliza,
As a vendor, we sell photos of our designs as well as provide free
samples with orders. And I know other companies, like Inspireworks, have
photos for sale as well. When a customer purchases a photo from us, it
is theirs to use. However, I know in talking to some of our balloon
decorator customers, they would definitely not like anyone else using
their photos.
I would most certainly e-mail anyone whose photos you wanted to use, but
if they objected then I would be prepared to go to "Plan B" to beef up
your website. Rome and portfolios, be they in an actual album or on
line, were not built in a day. If you use the photos of your work and
continue to add photos as you do additional jobs, at least you have the
satisfaction of knowing the work is all yours.
