We had two of last years catalog we made sure the balloon catalog numbers were the same as this years catalog. My husband cut out the pictures of the balloons, (this is why you need two catalog so when you cut out the pictures of the balloon on one page you have another catalog to cut the picture of the balloons on the backside page). He made our own catalog to show to customers without wholesale prices in it. It makes it a lot easier to order stock too because you already have the stock numbers.

Hey,
Have a couple of questions for you guys. First, does anyone have any
inexpensive ways to display foil balloons? I know this has been discussed
but I couldn't find it in the archives. I don't do any bouquet deliveries
only decor but I do have some walk-ins and we always have to go to the back
and bring our stock out for people to look at because we also do rentals and
our inflation area is in the back. I don't want to air fill mylars and stick
them on the wall- this is what had been done before I bought the store and I
have just painted and am going to stencil the walls.
Secondly, if there are some people out there who do both rentals and decor I
would like to discuss some of your marketing strategies and ways you use the
two businesses together. Please contact me- we thought we wanted to get out
of rentals but they really help pay the rent but we are not large enough to
compete with some of the other rental places in town and actually,we do some
balloon work for them!
Thanks in advance,
Tami Zeip
