Subject: Hurricane Lamp Centerpc enhancements??

Hi all!!
Doing a Banquet on Saturday at a local hotel..the client is going to use the hotels hurricane lamp/candle centerpc and would like me to spice that up to go along with the other decor I am doing:
i.e. using  Silver megaloons between two columns(with 3 ft topper) at headtable to spell out event theme
columns with 3 ft toppers around room
simple entry way pc..i.e. easel with balloons and flowers and honorary name on easel etc
any suggestions for spicing up these lamps?? Thought about just adding some greenery and lavender and silver flowers or 5" balloons woven into the greenery...
Colors are Lavender and Silver
