Hi,
If you want the balloons to pop easily you should use very cheap latex. If
you want a more durable water balloon, use Qualatex. So for games where you
are say throwing a water balloon at a target and want it to pop the first
time on impact, use a cheap latex. For a game like tossing the water balloon
back and forth, where you take one step back each toss, you want to be able
to toss several times before the balloon pops. Use Qualatex.

Okay Guys,
I am going to ask another stupid question that has nothing to do with decor
or twisting, but my I would like an answer and I hope that someone knows. I
am planning a "Bash At The Beach" (Back Yard Beach Party). There will be no
pool so there will be lots of water games with water balloons. The stupid
question that I have is I have tons of Qualatex balloons. Can use you
regular
latex balloons for water balloons or do you have balloons that are labeled
water balloons specifically for this purpose?
