Danielle,

I am personally very sorry that you have had to receive any disdainful
comments from anyone.  I think some of those eager beaver commenter forget
they weren't born with this knowledge either.  Somewhere down the pike they
had to learn it also.  I think this is one of the reasons a lot of people do
not post to this list (only read) because some think they were born knowing
everything at it does a lot of damage to one who is trying to build
confidence along with their expertise to be quashed in such a manner.

For the most part, I have found most of the people in the balloon industry I
have met, either in person or online to be the best for sharing and caring
than any other business that I have ever known.

I think we all need to practice the old fashioned "think before you speak"
(write, in this case).  We need to keep in mind, the only TRULY IGNORANT
QUESTION is the one we have and do not ask.  One cannot learn if they do not
ask & what a shame that we keep someone from asking because we answer them
ignorantly.  On the other side of the coin, to help keep from being
offended, remember the root word of ignorant is ignore.  Being a sensitive
boob myself, I know that it's hard to do, but easier with practice, ignore
ignorance.

Just my 10 cents worth.  I think this balloon list is great as well as the
people, all too worthy of needlessly hurting anyone.
