Tami,

One thing for centerpieces could be those small (whatever size you want)
bales of straw as an anchor.  You could add many things to it by tucking
into it, picking into it or tying to wire etc.  You could tuck a bandana
under the wire and attach some balloons,  you could pick some gingham pieces
of material, prop some small battery operated lanterns next to it, etc etc.
In various other areas you could feature real sized camping equipment such
as a sleeping bag with a balloon sculptured person in it and of course a
battery lantern next to it to make sure it illuminated in the night.  You
could feature an open cooler on a gingham table cloth (card board insert to
appear full) with balloon fruit, grapes hanging over the edge a few plates
with "food on them" and of course the battery lantern.  Boy, sounds like
great fun!  Oh, don't forget to hang a hammock somewhere with your balloon
sleepyhead sculpture and a battery lantern overhead.  Any of these things
could be utilized indoors or out.

Have fun with it, I'll be anxiously waiting to see what you end up doing.
