Hi,

Tim McConeghy, Lord of Latex. Let me say "The only stupid question
is the one that goes un-asked." Except for yours. I'm teasing.
Yes you can use any balloon as a water balloon. The "WATER
BALLOONS" sold at the stores are usually only good for use as water
balloons. They are thin walled poor quality and very small. I recommend
using nothing larger than 5". The 11" can hold like a gallon of water and
are just to tough to throw. Maybe 9" would be good for ICBM water balloons
in the hands of the adults(insert evil mad scientist laugh here). 260s are
tough to hold on to and pop rather easily but they sure look cool and kids
enjoy the challenge of holding them as they stalk they're target.
Remember you're the best balloon artist in you're soaking wet
socks.
