Subject: "TUF TEX" Balloons

Hi!  I'm a new subscriber and thought this would be a great way to get an
answer to my question.  I supply 17" Valve balloons to a great number of car
dealers in my area and have been using Tilco Int'l.  One of my clients
requested the "TUFF TEX" brand and in looking at the package there was no
manufacture name or address.  I don't necessarily need them to be valved.
 Any help would be appreciated
