Hi Jane....you think it's hot there???  I just did three and five footers
here in Miami and they did ok for 3 days.  The 3 footers won't hold 100' of
pennants if that's what you're thinking but the 5' will.  Just don't
guarantee them to your client...they may pop. or if it rains and they lower
from rain weight they may brush against a building or something.
