Subject: Decorating Stairways

I am meeting Thur with a client for a 30 year high school reunion.  The 
colors are black & gold.  They want a class photo on the stairs.  But they 
don't want a bunch of balloons in the way of the photo.

I thought of 5" balloon bows on the railing.  Any other ideas would be 
welcome.
