Subject: Sailor Moon theme??

Hello, everyone...
have a request to do a Bat Mitzvah using Sailor Moon theme....researching
Sailor Moon for the first time here on the web...(new to me; where have I
been???)
Anyway, I could use some help here..........any ideas, suggestions?  Thinking
about using the red, white, blue latex and the single sided star imprints (in
pillars)......could use the microfoil stars, moon....The event will take
place in a room at a local resort...expecting about 70 people......will have
a deejay, dance floor and a buffet set up.  Mom says she can only budget
about $200 for balloons...not using flowers or any other decor....using
balloon decor in hopes of filling the space and not spending too much money.
 They want table centerpieces, arches, pillars.
all in a Sailor Moon theme.....................
