Curtis here...WBDN I whole-heartedly support the idea of an independent association for balloon decorators. I think it must be international in scope (and name). I have, this morning, spoken to one of the members of the Board of Governors of ISES. (International Special Events Society) She has agreed to write up for me her best advice as to how these types of organizations are organized and administered. I will post that here when I get it. She is the same person who wrote the "10 Ways" thing about success in dealing with event planners.
