Eric,
GOOD LUCK! in getting them to respond to you.  I have called several 
times in the past about problems I was having and they claim the same 
thing - we have no problems - when they do decide to answer your phone 
calls.  You are not alone because I have privately e-mailed many people 
who are experiencing the same problems.  That is why I switched to BSA.  
We did a huge grand opening last weekend and only had about 5 or 6 pop 
our of 6 - 7 gross.  43?  In one bag?  I would demand double your money 
back!  What about how that makes you look in front of hotel staff or the 
customer, if they are there when you are working?  

Of course they are going to make you feel crazy.  They have to look good 
since Pioneer thinks they are the high priest of the balloon industry.  
(Notice I did not say that they are "dog", I mean god).

I don't have the address on hand - threw that away a long time ago when 
I switched.  But I am sure someone will supply it for you.  

Gee . . . mayhaps they will read this and respond in the shallow manner 
as in the past, trying to smoothe things over and make us feel good 
about their product again.  Not a chance! - Not on this end!
