Also, you could contact your local QBN Chapter (there's one in North Hersey
and One called PennJerDel).  There should be a rep there that will help you
more than going to the company.  The Rep's job is to keep the customers (us)
happy.  Call 800-803-3315, listen for extension, then leave message for the
Chapter.  They will put you in touch with Rep.
