Anyone know who did the Ms Universe pagent where balloons were used on the
girls gowns.Also they did the hats. It was in Vegas and possible 1991.  I
have a client who has a tape of this and it is what he wants for their event
on Aug. 1st. I'd appreciate any help on this.
