Margie,
The last time I returned a bag of Qualatex balloons to my distributor,
they just looked at me and told me to do it myself. AND how are THEY
going to look out for others - by opening each bag and checking for
themselves. Yeh! Right! When you have a problem with a product the
best thing to do is go directly to the source - the manufacturer.

Threw out a bag of balloons? How silly of you! What if the only
balloons that were defective were in the top part of the bag and the
bottom of the bag had good ones? Now you will never know.

If you think for one minute that it was just a single bad batch . . .
think again and LISTEN to what everyone else is saying. How long has
this type of thread been going on with this list. I looked back on my
previous messages and it goes back about 8 months. Get with the
program, girl! Things are not getting any better as far as I see. For
those of you that haven't had any problems . . . . perhaps you do low
volume. We have a very high volume decor and delivery shop and are
tired of all the complaints from our crew about popping and breakage.
That is why we switched to BSA. We haven't had any such problems lately
- maybe one to two balloons per bag. That's tolerable - not this 48 or
32 or whatever. Any breakage or defects are not good - those are my
profits. Let's see Pioneer start reimbursing those of you for your hard
earned dollars that you see on the floor and in the waste basket - and I
am talking dollars $$$ -not replacing it with more bad product! And
how about the way it makes you look in front of your customer? You
could lose business because of it. The customer may think that you are
trying to get rid of old product or cheap product and decide to call
another company instead of you for their next order.

Eric;

You should probably go to the supplier that you purchased them from-
they
will return the balloons for you. This way, you can let them know you
had a
problem with that batch and they can look out for others. I have been
using
Qualatex balloons with very few problems compaired to other brands, but
recently had an 11" bag that was bad, too. I just threw it out because
we
were so busy (shouldn't have done that). I am sure that it was just a
single
bad batch, though.
