Hey Jim,

Am I mistaken or does Pionner market  your product to the rest of us.  Of
course you'll stand behind them if it does.  The rest of the mail I seem to
be getting does not support your opinions. The issue doesn't seem to be
quality but CUSTOMER SERVICE or lack of on the part of Pioneer.  Sure you'll
get a bad bag from anyone once in a while.  But will you get a response or
return call on the problem.  I didn't ask for or mean to start a major bru ha
ha over this.  However,  If you know anyone at Pioneer you should tell them a
strom is brewing...


To everyone else, Thanks for the address to Pioneer,  let's put this monster
back in the closet and get on with the real purpose of this list and share
creativity. I appreciate all your help.
